Cocoonr agency offers this charming 107 m² house in Ploudalmézeau, 100 m from the beach and close to the GR34, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200) with sea view
- Bathroom (with shower and bath)
- Separate WC
- dressing room
For added comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A beautiful 800 m² private enclosed garden and a 65 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Portsall, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting less than 200 m from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Carn beach 100 m away, opposite the house
- Plage de Porsguen and Plage des Trois-Moutons: ideal for a sunset stroll or a picnic by the sea
- Sentier des Douaniers (GR34): coastal walk with views over the rocks and the Iroise Sea
- Water sports (PMT, kayaking, paddle, fishing, kitesurfing, windsurfing...)
- Cairn de l'île Carn: megalithic site accessible at low tide
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus routes close to the accommodation
- Nearest train station and airport: Brest, about 30 km away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- A kayak (for 2 adults and 1 child) and two paddles are available in the cottage.
