The apartments are located on the ground floor and have a step at the entrance; a wheelchair ramp is available upon request, although the bathroom is not accessible. Each apartment has a large private 6 x 12 meter canopy for exclusive use, with a portion of the terrace enclosed by a gate, ideal for those traveling with pets.
This three-room apartment, approximately 50 square meters, comprises two bedrooms, both with twin beds joined together, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and window. It's the perfect solution for families or groups seeking more space without sacrificing a sea view or tranquility.

- Check-in in our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Pets of all sizes are welcome with a €30.00 cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00. A gesture of mutual trust: It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is paid on the day of departure if you depart after 3:00 PM (time to clean), or by bank transfer.
- Bed linen and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Please request before arrival.
