This home was built almost 100 years ago. Be aware that you may hear sounds from the neighbors above, walking on the floor or the stairs. The owners of the building live upstairs. Downstairs is an office space. You are not alone in the house.
The pool and garden is shared with the neighbors. The pool is only open in the summer (June through September)
Please clean up the BBQ place after every use. It is a shared area, leave it clean for the next one to use it
No unregistered guests. Please select the correct guest count for your reservation. The apartment is prepared according to it.
This is a non smoking place. Smoking is prohibited as well on the balcony
Do not light candles or fires
Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Put shutters into a fixed position. The weather can change very suddenly in the mountains and even on a sunny day a thunderstorm and rain can pop up
Do not leave the children unsupervised in the garden. There is a pool and a pond accessible without a fence.
Pool hours from 9 am to 8 pm. Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. Pool hours apply to the grill area too
The grill is a shared space and needs to be cleaned and tidied after use
