Located 700 meters from the shops of Saint-Jean-d'Arvey (open year-round) and on the edge of the road leading to La Féclaz, this former barn has been completely renovated into a spacious, light-filled, high-end home. It features a large living room opening onto a large, furnished, west-facing terrace with views of Mont Peney, as well as an outdoor spa for relaxing moments while enjoying the scenery. Ideally located between Chambéry (10 km) and La Féclaz, a village resort nestled in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, this gîte is the perfect starting point for a weekend, a short break, or a week's holiday with family or friends. Throughout the seasons, enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities. In winter, discover downhill skiing at Les Aillons or La Féclaz, as well as cross-country skiing, skating, and snowshoeing in the vast Savoie Grand Revard Nordic ski area, spread across the village resorts of Le Revard, La Féclaz, and Saint-François-de-Sales. In warmer weather, set off on beautiful hikes of all levels, several of which start directly from the gîte. For added convenience in winter, a shuttle bus connects La Féclaz to the resorts of Les Aillons-Margériaz 1000 and 1400.
