About this villa rental
Great 1 bedroom plus office central to most attractions.
This new townhome features a king bed, well equiped kitchen, and comfy living space, 844 sq ft. AC. Washer/Dryer. Near University of Oregon`s Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Close to downtown Eugene and easy access to shopping and the freeways.
Close to shopping and dining options. Blocks from the I5 freeway and hwy 126. West is the beach about 1 hour away, 1 hour east will take you to the work famous McKenzie River with world class waterfalls, hot springs and hiking.
Have fun and respect the house - we put a lot of love into the home when building it.
Please also respect your neighbors and keep noise down late at night - unlike you, they are not on holiday and likely need to get up early for work in the morning.
Pets - If you are bringing a well behaved dog, you should:
- Under no circumstances leave a pet alone in the home.
- Keep your pet on leash when outside
- Be sure to bag and dispose of solid pet waste from your pet - the housekeeper does not shovel pet waste in the yard.
This is a new build, the backyard is still in process. We will continue to improve it through out spring and summer. At the time of the writing (in the winter) there is no fence and no grass, just a round concrete patio.
