Welcome to Toledo! This centrally located 3 bedroom home is straight forward & features include:

Front porch w/ seating for 2 leads to electronic easy to use lockbox for access. The entry opens to the living room w/ archway. Ample natural light w/ black out curtains for privacy. There is a small leather couch + 2 coxy chairs and an ottoman. We have added a 55 inch TCL Google Smart TV in which guests can log into our Sling Account (like basic cable) OR use their own accounts to stream shows & movies.

Off of the living room is the formal dining room w/ a console table that has additional plugs for easy charging of devices and a dining table & chairs for 4.

The dining room leads to the kitchen w/ rich wood cabinets, black hardware & newly refinished countertops. Guests can enjoy use of: Electric stove w/ 4 burners, dishwasher, and top bottom refrigerator. There is a 2 basin sink w/ sprayer, a microwave, toaster, Keurig (we provide pods) basic utensils & cookware, and basic cleaning supplies.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, full bath and linen closet. All 3 bedrooms are private and each feature ample windows w/ plenty of natural light, black out curtains and closets. Our guests rave over the new memory foam mattresses (firm) and plush pillows we put into every home.

BR #1 has a Queen bed w/ cozy blended bedding, green quilt, dresser, overhead ceiling fan w/ remote, full length mirror and end table w/ lamp.

BR #2 has a Queen bed w/ cozy blended bedding, gold quilt, dedicated work space desk w/ oversized office chair and end table w/ lamp.

BR #3 has a Twin bed w/ cozy blended bedding, mauve quilt & end table w/ lamp.

The ample sized bathroom comes w/ a large black framed mirror w/ vanity lights, 36 inch vanity, makeup washcloth & wipe, hand soap & tub shower combo w/ pull down sprayer & exhaust fan.

Downstairs in the unfinished basement are the NEW full sized washer and dryer.

Airconditioning will be installed in May 2026. There is forced air furnace for heat.

The yard is partially fenced for guest privacy. Parking is available at the gravel driveway in the back of the home. Guests can also park on Matson street.

There is a second electronic lockbox off of the back of the home if guest want to park in the driveway and use the back door for access.

Please note this home is near apartments. You can easily walk to Toledo Hospital. All of the amenities Toledo has to offer are a short drive away.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is around $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.

Since VRBO discourages communication outside of the platform we ask that our personal cell phones are used for emergency purposes only.
