This elegant three-storey townhouse is in the heart of Bournemouth, just minutes from the white sandy Westcliff beaches of Alum Chine and Durley Chine, as well as restaurants, bars and nightlife. Recently refurbished, decorated and upgraded for 2026, with luxurious four-poster & group room single beds together with beautifully styled calm Japandi influenced interiors, it is perfect for stylish group stays, well-behaved hen weekends, respectful stag groups, relaxed celebration stays and family getaways.
Every booking includes exclusive use of the private courtyard hot tub, and Sunday departures benefit from complimentary late checkout until 1pm.
Living and social spaces
The striking rose-pink botanical dining room features a bespoke scaffold dining table and vintage mirrors, creating the perfect setting for long group dinners and pre-night-out drinks. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosch dishwasher, oven, microwave and filter coffee machine.
The comfortable living room offers 2 sofa beds, Smart TV and electric fireplace for chilled evenings together. New neutral berber carpeting for 2026, watch this space for new photos!
Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements
A cosy snug opens onto the sunny courtyard garden, where you will find a luxurious 7-seater hot tub heated to 40°C with underwater lighting, ideal for pamper time or a relaxed evening soak.
Top floor: perfect for the main guest or guests wanting a little extra luxury. The master suite includes a king-size four-poster bed, two chair beds, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. There is also a second ensuite bedroom with a double four-poster bed.
First floor: a spacious bedroom with four single beds, or arranged as a super-king plus two singles. A further bedroom has two bunk beds sleeping four. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
The house accommodates 14 to 16 guests, making it ideal for hen party stays, stag weekends, birthday celebrations and multi-family breaks.
