A very modern, stylish and high spec apartment with original features from its chocolate mill beginnings. Just a 2 minute walk into the heart of York with views of the river Foss and FREE PARKING!
You’ll love staying in this brand new, light and airy apartment. You’ll have the best of both worlds with the luxury style of a boutique hotel but the flexibility of a self-catering home from home.
Swanky and convenient with high-speed wifi for business people but also adaptable for families.
The Space:
FREE PARKING INCLUDED...The apartment master bedroom has a King Size Frank Hudson bed with a wall mounted 50" LED flat screen TV at the foot of the bed.
In the living area the lounge has a large sofa that can turn into a double sofa bed and a large arm chair with a single sofa bed, making the Lion Suite great for families up to 5 (extra charges for use of sofa bed)
As you enter the apartment your eye takes to straight into the impressive master bedroom with views of the river, framed by the original brick. Theres a a modern bathroom attached with a large shower over the bath. Then to the right is the spacious living area, again with tranquil views of the river with a comfortable corner sofa and arm chair to relax and of course the kitchen area with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob and of course a wine fridge!
Considered as York’s best industrial building, consisting of 5 stories and a 9 story water tower. This beautiful building started out as a flour mill before being brought by Rowntree’s to mill their cocoa beans. It truly is a beautiful building, our apartment is on the ground floor (there are 3 steps at the entrance of the corridor) over looking the river, peaceful yet central.

The beauty of this apartment is that even though you are in the heart of the city, it provides tranquil views of the River Foss and peace and quiet
York is famous for its independent shops, cafes and restaurants and we are lucky enough to be situated just around the corner from the most up and coming road - 'Fossgate' where you will find the above in abundance as well as many attractions - plus there is FREE SECURE PARKING INCLUDED.
Interaction with Guests:
It provides convenient access to York’s City Centre which is only a few minutes walk away whilst providing a quiet and relaxing ambiance.
Fossgate is on the doorstep and offers numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
The Famous ‘Shambles’ is just a short stroll away.
