This spacious apartment has a fabulously designed open plan living, kitchen and dining room with a sumptuous velvet sofa and leather chairs, 43" Samsung Smart TV (with Netflix etc. Apps) and Sonos speaker for music streaming.



The kitchen/dining area boasts a large quartz topped island lit by feature oak skipper ceiling lights and seats 4 guests comfortably with padded bar stools.



The high-spec kitchen has every utensil you would need, as well as Siemens appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, washer dryer), Lavazza coffee machine, Bosch toaster and Bosch kettle.

Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 10 minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car, we are able to offer a free digital parking permit in either the Bootham Row or the Union Terrace car park. Free on-street parking can also be found within a 10 minute walk in the Bootham area.
