The property is strategically located near Perugia and its airport, easily accessible yet immersed in the quiet of the countryside: the perfect choice for those seeking relaxation, nature and authentic Italian charm.
Within the estate you will also find:
children’s playground with swings and a playhouse
private pond for sport fishing (with license, not suitable for swimming)
2 barbecues for outdoor lunches and dinners
Il Giuncheto is also the perfect starting point to discover the wonders of Umbria: Assisi (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Spello, Spoleto and Todi, as well as natural attractions such as Lake Trasimeno and the spectacular Marmore Waterfalls, among the highest in Europe. A visit to Norcia, famous for its gastronomic tradition, is also highly recommended.

The bedrooms are all externally connected to the central living room: in annex 1 there are two double bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom (one with bidet, one with French-style toilet); in annex 2 there is one double bedroom with a private full bathroom (French-style bidet). Private 100 sqm terrace equipped with table and chairs.
The following might be to be paid extra: Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax, Washing Machine.
