Cocoonr offers you this charming 76 m² house to rent in Plesder, in the Romantic Brittany region. It has a 250 m² south-facing garden and can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Ideally located for exploring the region on the Saint-Malo, Rennes, Dinan and Mont-Saint-Michel routes.
It comprises a 31 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 250 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 31 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs.
- An open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., with its own dining area.
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
- A laundry room (with washing machine)
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: a single bed
Outside:
- A beautiful private and partially fenced garden of 250 m², south facing.
- A 10 m² south-facing terrace with outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy the fine weather!
The house is ideally located in Plesder, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops (bakery, village grocery shop, etc.) are less than 1 km away.
