Cocoonr offers this charming 60 m² flat for rent in Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée, in the heart of the Auron ski resort, within walking distance. It sleeps up to 6 people.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a warm 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), with its own shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a bunk bed comprising two double beds (140x200)
- A second shower room with shower and WC
Outside:
- An 11 m² balcony facing south-west with 2 adirondack armchairs and a wooden table with a view of the mountains and slopes without overlooking.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée, in the Auron ski resort, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The accommodation is close to many of the activities on offer in the dynamic resort of Auron. You can find out more about these activities on the commune's website.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private car park. The parking space can accommodate an SUV.
There are also parking spaces around the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nice-Ville train station and Nice Côte d'Azur airport are an hour and 40 minutes away by car.
Access to the ski slopes is possible via a free shuttle bus located 100 m or less than 10 minutes' walk from the flat.
