This beautiful duplex apartment in Paris is the perfect place to enjoy a stay that is both functional and relaxing in the heart of the capital.
Located on the fourth and fifth floors of a typical building, this spacious 80 m² home immediately stands out for its exceptional natural light and unobstructed views.
The interior layout has been designed for your comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and even a raclette grill for cozy evenings. You will also find all the practical essentials such as a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and three TVs: one in the living room with Canal+, and two others in each bedroom.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed (200 × 200) and a second bedroom with a double bed (160 × 190). The living room also includes a sofa bed (140 × 190), perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.
For your comfort, two bathrooms are available: a shower room and a separate bathroom.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment so you can stay connected during your trip.
Location is one of this duplex’s strong points, as you will be very close to public transportation, including metro lines 9 and 10, the RER C, the tram, and numerous bus lines. ## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
