Hafod Y Graig consists of a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining seating for four guests, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and external shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking with EV charging. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles, and a beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hafod Y Graig is a lovely base for exploring Morfa Bychan and Eryri National Park. Note: EV Charging point is available and needs to be pre-booked before arrival. Note: We regret that no pets are allowed, and the property is not wheelchair accessible, our sincere apologies. Note: No children under 12, due to the location of the cottage and surrounding steep drops; children over 12 still need to be supervised outdoors for safety. Accessibility: Access to the property is through a steep tarmacked drive, followed by a gravelled drive with parking for up to 3 cars. There is a large, concreted step to the front door. The front door is equipped with a heavy-duty self-closing hinge to keep the door shut, as winds here can be very strong. To the rear door, there is a small step into the house. The accommodation, living area and bathrooms are all on the ground floor with a shower over the bath. There is also an external shower and toilet. Just 2 miles away, set on the picturesque Glaslyn Estuary, is the bustling harbour town of Porthmadog, boasting an array of individual shops and restaurants, whilst being home to the Ffestiniog Railway and Welsh Highland Railway, where you can travel by steam train through the spectacular Snowdonia scenery. The village of Tremadog is close by with its pubs and restaurant, plus the pretty village of Borth-y-Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is within a short drive, while the celebrated and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is within easy touring distance. Discover the majestic castles at nearby Criccieth, Harlech and Caernarfon, explore the slate caverns at Llechwedd, or try a day of sea, course, or game fishing in the area. An ideal location for enjoying all the attractions of Snowdonia and the beautiful Llyn Peninsula.
