Hafod Y Graig consists of a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining seating for four guests, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and external shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking with EV charging. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles, and a beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hafod Y Graig is a lovely base for exploring Morfa Bychan and Eryri National Park. Note: EV Charging point is available and needs to be pre-booked before arrival. Note: We regret that no pets are allowed, and the property is not wheelchair accessible, our sincere apologies. Note: No children under 12, due to the location of the cottage and surrounding steep drops; children over 12 still need to be supervised outdoors for safety. Accessibility: Access to the property is through a steep tarmacked drive, followed by a gravelled drive with parking for up to 3 cars. There is a large, concreted step to the front door. The front door is equipped with a heavy-duty self-closing hinge to keep the door shut, as winds here can be very strong. To the rear door, there is a small step into the house. The accommodation, living area and bathrooms are all on the ground floor with a shower over the bath. There is also an external shower and toilet. The village of Tremadog is close by with its pubs and restaurant, plus the pretty village of Borth-y-Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is within a short drive, while the celebrated and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is within easy touring distance.
