Welcome to L’AVEL, your little Breton bubble in Concarneau.
Picture a cosy, carefully decorated house nestled in the peaceful Lanriec neighbourhood, where the town still breathes to the rhythm of the countryside and the nearby sea. We are just 2 km from the beautiful Cabellou beaches (turquoise water and sheltered coves), only 4 km from the legendary Ville Close and its ramparts beautifully lit up at night, and 1 km from a handy shopping centre.
As soon as you step inside, light greets you. The large open-plan living room and kitchen form the beating heart of the house: extra-large worktop, espresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge… everything is designed so that cooking remains a pleasure even on holiday.
The 3 bedrooms (one with a 160×200 cm double bed and two with 140×190 cm doubles) offer real comfort for 6 people. Two bathrooms to eliminate morning stress: one with a spacious Italian-style walk-in shower + one (in the master bedroom) with a bathtub (very popular with children and anyone who loves a hot bath after the beach).
A real highlight is the outdoor space: a fully enclosed and 100% secure garden that wraps around the house, complete with garden furniture, a table for 6, parasol and sun loungers. Perfect for long apéritifs, barbecued fish, or breakfasts while listening to the birds.
