EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Additional sleeping accommodations to fulfill the maximum occupancy are provided via two twin trifold floor mats, along with extra linens/pillows. The floor mats are best suited for children. Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired instead of mats. Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery can be scheduled in time for the guest's arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facilities in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
Two tandem spaces in the shared 4-car garage, right side only. The garage fits mid-size SUVs and can be accessed via the rear alley. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
