The highlight in Winter is the ability to ski-in and ski-out directly from the front door. You can ski down to the new railway station “Terminal/V-Bahn” or to the Station “Grund” in about 5 minutes. From homerun Nr. 23 “Aspen”, it is the possible to ski back to the apartment.  In Summer, it is less then 12 minute walk to the railway station.
