The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom, and one twin bedroom serviced by a wet room. Outside, there is outdoor patio and lawn and ample off‑road parking. Amenities include underfloor heating, essential kitchen appliances, WiFi, TV, and facilities for two well‑behaved dogs. The property sits within large grounds with walking space and is located close to local amenities and the North York Moors. The Calf House is a neat retreat in Lingdale. Note: Car charging is available on request, charges will apply. Note: This property has 7 acres of land perfect for dog walkers and 1 acre perfect for the kids. There are also good sandy beaches with a splendid historic pier. Lingdale village is a great base for visiting the pretty coastal villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay, which lie on the Heritage Coast, renowned for its Jurassic fossil hunting trips. From Lingdale there is also easy access to the seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough, and of course, the stunning scenery of the North York Moors.
