- CHECK-IN TIME to be AGREED in advance
- Provide the DOCUMENTS OF ALL GUESTS BEFORE arrival
- Guest arrival after 7:00 PM without prior notice will be considered a NO SHOW
- EARLY CHECK-IN: luggage drop-off possible from 12:30 PM, while waiting for the Villa to be prepared by 4:00 PM, only if previously communicated and agreed
- CHECK-OUT by 10:00 AM
