The house is functionally divided into two floors, both of which are fully accessible to guests:
Ground Floor: The lower level serves as the central living area. It features two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with an individual air conditioning unit. In addition to the main full bathroom, there is a separate guest toilet. The living room is air-conditioned and features a Smart TV with MaxTV and a dining table. A key highlight is the separate, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware. The kitchen offers a view of the terrace with direct access to it. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
First Floor: The upper floor consists of two smaller residential units that provide extra privacy. Each unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and seating area. The larger unit also includes a sofa bed, suitable for one additional guest.

House Hedera III can accommodate up to 8 (+1*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 1 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room (upstairs unit). Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
