About this house rental
A bright and modern three bedroom maisonette on the Abingdon Road that leads into the centre of Oxford (Carfax) which is about 1.1 miles away. It is close to the River Thames and Hinksey park.
Across the river is Iffley and the Cowley Road area.
There is a pub and a fish & chip shop a minute away and a couple of riverside pubs 10-15 minutes walk away. There is a very handy Tesco's express about 250 metres away (open 6am-11pm everyday). The area is central yet has a countryside feel to it.
The space is approximately 90Sqm, on the ground floor there is a clockroom and a kitchen/dinner/living area plus the third bedroom/office.
Upstairs the main bedroom at the back has a full sized mirrored cupboard, TV and a large comfy super kingsized bed (6'/182cm)
The second bedroom has a 45" TV, sofa chair, a large comfy double bed (4'6"/135cm) and an "annex dressing room"
