Cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 guests. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. Fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Central location near Casino Square, promenade, shops and tram.
Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
