About this house rental
This off‑grid cottage provides a wireless‑free wellness retreat, supporting guests and the on‑site owner who are sensitive to EMFs and offering a true digital detox. Wireless devices must remain in the carpark. Three bedrooms: a family room with a double and single, a king‑size with en‑suite, and a twin. Facilities include an upstairs bathroom, a ground‑floor shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/sunroom, and a sitting room with woodburner; a TV can be removed on request. Appliances include an electric oven, hob, fridge‑freezer, washer, dryer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Bedding, towels, and parking are provided. Outside features a large patio, covered BBQ area, and a seasonal unheated pool (not suitable for young children). Guests also have access to a peaceful two‑acre conservation field with a picnic area and brook. Guided access to the wider farm, animal activities, entertainment, and horse stabling are available at extra cost. Smoking not permitted.
Amenities: Electric double oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster. Dishwasher. TV (can be removed by request). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Any extra wood and kindling can be purchased at request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking available in guest carpark (approximately 200 yards from the Farm yard entrance). Large patio area with furniture, undercover barbecue with seating and seasonal swimming pool. Access to two acre conservation field with picnic area, brook, wildflowers, and dragonflies surrounded only by nature. Access to the wider 17.5-acre farm is by paid, guided experiences only. Optional animal activities and/or musical entertainment may be arranged separately by contacting the owners. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and café 3.2 miles, pub 3.2 miles in Llangadfan. Note: The swimming pool is unheated and only available during the summer season and is not suitable for young children. Note: The property is INTENTIONALLY entirely free of wireless technology to accommodate guest's and the host living on site, sensitive to EMFs as well as those seeking a wireless tech-free environment.

Town: Llanwddyn is a small village at the head of the Vyrnwy valley, only half a mile from beautiful Lake Vyrnwy, and the impressive Victorian dam. Standing close to the Snowdonia National Park, and between the Cambrian and Berwyn mountain ranges, this whole area offers stunning countryside. The lake and RSPB estate provides wonderful watersports facilities including windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking and sailing as well as game and fly fishing. There is also clay pigeon shooting, cycle hire, birdwatching, numerous walking paths and many other outdoor activities. An ideal location for touring all of Snowdonia and enjoying the sandy beaches of the Cardigan Bay coastline.
