Inside, the apartment features a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, a Smart TV with Netflix, and air conditioning for warm summer days. The bedroom includes a double bed, its own air conditioner, and direct access to the balcony furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing with the sea breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and a filter coffee machine, while the bathroom offers a shower, toiletries, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and the electric boiler typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. The apartment sits on the first floor of the building with stairs only, and there is a single step at the entrance. Heating, a hair dryer, and ironing equipment are also provided, and a baby cot and highchair are available upon request. A keybox allows smooth and flexible self check-in at any time.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are welcome to enter sooner; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin.
