The apartment is brand new, everything matches the photos exactly, very clean. Very spacious, everything you need is there — the only thing missing in the kitchen was knives and wine glasses. The heating worked great during the cold weather, it was warm and comfortable throughout the stay.
The location is superb — right in the heart of the city, everything within walking distance, and several great restaurants just in the neighbouring buildings.
On the downside — the street is very noisy until 1 AM, which is completely unexpected for such a small town. The bar next door operates until midnight, and then from 1 to 2 AM the garbage trucks come and make an incredible racket, especially when they collect glass bottles. To make things worse, the windows have gaps and zero soundproofing, so you hear absolutely everything.
