In the house: storage room for skis. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop "Niedernsill 168" 1 km, railway station "Niedernsill Bahnhof" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift 10 km, slopes 10 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 300 m. Nearby attractions: Burg Kaprun 12 km, Krimmler Wasserfälle 42 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 15 km.
