Fijne plek vlakbij de Basilica. Ruim appartement en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De wifi deed het niet goed bij binnenkomst maar de eigenaar kwam meteen langs om het te fixen. Hij was heel responsief en reageerde snel. De ruimte was superschoon en het bed goed. Het was er heel stil en je loopt toch zo Assisi in voor restaurants bijvoorbeeld en in enkele minuten naar de Basilica. En er is een prachtig uitzichtpunt een paar passen vanaf het appartement waar je de kerk van bovenaf kan zien.
De verwarming mag niet aan vanaf de lente. Dat is lastig voor pelgrims die wat willen wassen en drogen. Het appartement was overigens niet koud, maar natte kleding droogt gewoon niet zo makkelijk in de oude woningen met dikke stenen muren. We hebben de was een dag uitgesteld tot de volgende accommodatie. Dat was voor ons geen groot probleem deze keer. In de zomer verwacht ik dat het lekker koel is in de ruimte. Er zijn geen basisbenodigdheden voor koken zoals olie, azijn, zout en peper.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole al B&B Uscio su Francesco: posizione super top, a due passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco con un affaccio esclusivo. Appartamento carinissimo e impeccabile, e Paolo sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza: torneremo sicuramente!

Il signor Paolo è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per il parcheggio più vicino e per raggiungere l'appartamento in 10 minuti a piedi. L'appuntamento è bellissimo con soffitto ad archi ed è veramente vicinissimo alla basilica di San Francesco. I letti sono comodi ed il bagno è ben organizzato per appoggiare tutto il necessario. Pulito e con cucina. Lo consiglio vivamente 🤗👍
