About this apartment rental

House located in a detached building close to the historic center and the sea.
It can accommodate up to 5 guests, with a kitchen and two air-conditioned double bedrooms.

From the terrace you can see the sea, and the private parking is free just below the house.

THE PRICE INDICATED PER NIGHT IS FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS AND TWO BEDROOMS.
THE FIFTH BED IS LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN/LIVING AREA ON A SINGLE SOFA BED, FOR A PRICE OF 15€ PER NIGHT.

The space

The house is 10–15 minutes on foot 👣 from the train station, with connections to the Cinque Terre, Portofino and Genoa. It is an ideal starting point for excursions and trips to discover the beauty of the Eastern Ligurian Riviera.

The apartment is located in a building that was originally a railway guard house built in the late 1920s, 54 km from Genoa.

Its original function explains its very close location to the railway line, since the workers (with their families) responsible for maintaining the railway tracks and a section of the railway used to live here.

After being decommissioned and sold, the building was converted into private residences.

Located on the first floor, the apartment was renovated in 2011 and is now a tourist accommodation that maintains the characteristics of a comfortable and welcoming home, suitable for families and small groups of friends.

It has private parking in the courtyard below the house, which allows you to see your car directly from the terrace.

Being VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA AND THE TOWN CENTER, it is not necessary to take the car to reach the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, the train station and other services.

The parking space is for the exclusive use of the guest.

A beach umbrella is available in the courtyard cabin.

The building 🏠 is very close to the railway line 🛤️, and trains pass regularly 🚝.
You will hear the train during its passage.

The parking is free and located in the private courtyard below the house.

Unfortunately we do not have suitable spaces for pets.
