Welcome to The Speakeasy, a themed 2-story apartment in a restored historic building. Please note this space spans two floors and the vintage stairs may be challenging for some guests. The Speakeasy also shares a building with other apartments. We have strict quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Enjoy an unbeatable location, just a short walk from German Village, the Brewery District, Schiller Park, and the Scioto Audubon Metro Park. Your unique home base for exploring the best of Columbus.
This penthouse apartments has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed.
Kitchen: You`ll have a full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, and microwave, ready for you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal.
Bathroom: Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your stay.
Work & Entertainment: Stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet and a Smart TV equipped with Netflix.
Parking: This reservation includes 2 extra deep parking spaces which allow off-street parking for up to 4 cars. Longer vehicles may not be able to fit 4 vehicles in the assigned parking spaces. Reach out if you have any specific questions or concerns.
Outdoor Space
Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on your own private balcony. You also have access to a small, charming yard area for your pet, which is shared with other guests in the building.

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM daily. To ensure a peaceful and restful stay for all guests and our neighbors, we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. This includes avoiding loud music, yelling, and disruptive conversation. Quiet hours are strictly enforced, and repeated or egregious violations may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
No Smoking Inside: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy to ensure the comfort of our neighbors and guests.
Pets: We are happy to welcome one pet to accompany you on your stay. Please ensure you clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property.
Parking: Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking marked spaces marked with `PH`.
Respect Thy Neighbor: Please be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and disruptive behavior.
Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the designated garbage bins.
