This bright, spacious, south-facing suite in the heart of downtown Victoria offers an ideal home base with a Walk Score of 96, just minutes from top attractions, dining, and local favourites. Enjoy access to sweeping rooftop views spanning the ocean, mountains, the Historic District, Chinatown, Antique Row, and surrounding architectural landmarks!

Offering a relaxing retreat after exploring the city, beach, or nearby trails, the inviting designer living area features a dimmable chandelier to set the perfect ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts professional-series stainless steel appliances, a granite breakfast bar, double-bowl stainless steel sink with sink colander and everything you need for coffee, tea, and full meals, while the elegant dining area, with an extendable glass table, makes it easy to dine in.

Designed for comfort and style, the suite sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and a high-end sofa bed. The bedroom is fitted with Venetian Blinds and black out/sound proofing curtains. Fresh linens and duvets are provided for a restful night's sleep, with additional professionally cleaned sheets, pillows, and a duvet available in the bedroom closet. This all supplemented by organic soap and cleaning supplies to ensure that we are doing our bit for the environment.

Further highlights include a spa-inspired bathroom with a rain shower and tub, perfect for a soothing soak or a rejuvenating rinse, along with generous storage throughout, professionally laundered towels, and pet-friendly options available upon request (dogs welcomed with advance notice, cats considered case-by-case).

Important Notes:

HOSTING: This accommodation is advertised by Victoria Prime and hosted by the owner.

CHECK-IN: You will receive important check-in information from the host upon making the reservation. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally, the host may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. Building amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home!

PARKING: Reserved parking is just steps from the suite: enjoy a secure, covered, reserved stall in the Johnson Street Parkade, located right next door to the building. Paid parking is also available in the parkade for additional vehicles or guests. The garage height is 6.6 ft (2.0 m). If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Secure in-building bicycle storage is available (bring your own lock).

NON-SMOKING: This suite is NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

ADDITIONALLY, please take note of the following:

• The functionality of building amenities during your stay cannot be guaranteed, as this is beyond the control of the host.
• Wi-Fi may not be available in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by the host.
• This condo is located in the heart of downtown. As such, traffic and community noise can be expected throughout the day and into the evening.
