The 1st floor (82m2) boasts 2 bedrooms ("White Romantic" with king-size bed, "Blue Room" with 2 queen beds), a shared bathroom, and a living room with flat-screen TV, CD Player, and PlayStation 3. Access the east courtyard, pool, and storage area under the ladder.
The 2nd floor (65m2) includes a kitchen, dining room, a living room with a large corner sofa (sleeps 2 children), fireplace, flat-screen TV, a WC, an east terrace (16.50m2) with sea view, and a west garden exit.
The 3rd floor (37m2 attic) features the "Black & White" bedroom (double bed), a WC with shower, an office with a library, and a window offering a view of the Aegean Sea.
The Location
Surrounded by mountains and hills, located near Agia Pelagia, this villa lies right in the middle of Crete, making it easy to use as a base for tours and excursions around the island.
Apart from the main beach of Agia Pelagia Bay, you can also visit the bay of Lygaria, the bay of Mononafti, and Psaromοura beach. There are also several very small, almost hidden beaches in the area, many of which can only be reached on foot or by boat.
Near Agia Pelagia, you will find many interesting places to visit, such as the traditional villages of Achlada and Fodele (the birthplace of the famous painter Domenicos Theotokopoulos "El Greco"), where you can visit the museum, the old Byzantine church of Panagia, and the Holy Monastery of Agios Panteleimonas.
