People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.
*Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 30 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. However, For stays 30 nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact us for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 30 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
