The Snow and Sun residence, 4 floors without elevator, is located in the Sun district in Plan-Peisey, next to the shops. This 80's building has an entrance 50 metres from the road and an outdoor staircase. Southwestern facades and beautiful panoramic views. The slopes and ski courses are located 200 metres away.A communal, uncovered and free parking is about 200 meters away and there are a few places on the roadside near the building. 43m2 apartment located on the ground floor in a residence close to the slopes and shops. Rented for 6 people, it is composed - a sleeping area with two bunk beds in the entrance, separated from the living room by a door, - a bathroom with washing machine- separate toilet, - An open kitchen on a living room equipped with a sofa,- One bedroom with 2 bunk beds - A bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower roomThe apartment is south facing and has a terrace.Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, Combi microwave oven, electric plates. Washing machine . Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.Bedding: 2 set of bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old), 1 double bed.Sanitary: 1 bathroom with separate toilet. 1 shower roomFree public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissue loieties should not be removed from clean beds.
