Score big time on this Polish Hill urban villa less than 10 minutes from the stadiums. This is a home of stairs, which means you get a free workout in this sweeping tri-level adult oasis. Free multi-car parking on the property. Small fenced yard for hanging out/pets/evening fires.
Polish Hill is somehow in the middle of everything while also being secluded from it all. The home is close to downtown and near public transportation that easily accesses all the sports stadiums. Heinz Field (aka Acrisure Stadium) is exactly four miles away for those NFL fans (Google says 9 minutes by car).
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs on the top floor, as well as a dedicated work space. The second (middle) floor has a converted master bedroom with en suite full bathroom. A barn door separates the room from the living room area with massive projector media system, wet bar, and workout nook. Downstairs on the third (lower) floor is the kitchen, dining room, and attached basement with laundry and additional half bathroom.
When not out in the city, enjoy this sunny and stylish home that includes lots of artwork and plants. Grab a drink from the bar and turn up the tunes on the integrated Sonos speakers throughout the home, or chill in the backyard by the fire pit after a day of exploring.
