About this house rental
We welcome up to 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog (Up to Cockapoo size). We may be flexible so please send an enquiry.
The Paddocks is set back from the main road on a small development of what will be 8 houses once completed (please note the rest of the development is still under construction).
The house has been lovingly furnished and decorated to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay. Downstairs the house has a cosy living room with 55'' Freeview TV and a comfortable corner sofa plus footstools. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, plus downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed & en-suite with shower, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. (Please note, the single bed is adjacent to a radiator creating a small gap to the side of the bed which may not be suitable for very small children unless a bed guard is used). All bedrooms have their own wardrobe, bedroom 1 & 2 also have bedside tables and lamps with a USB socket for charging phones. There is also a main bathroom with shower bath. The rear bedrooms overlook open countryside where you can often spot small Muntjac Deers and owls etc.
There is a small garden to the rear which is fully enclosed, perfect for your little doggies.
Heacham is the perfect base to explore the Norfolk coast and an ideal retreat for relaxation and adventure. Heacham is just a short drive from some of Norfolk’s most picturesque spots, including Old Hunstanton Beach, Holme Dunes Nature Reserve, Brancaster Beach, RSPB Snettisham Estate, RSPB Titchwell Marsh, and Holkham Nature Reserve.
We are approximately a 20 minute walk to Heacham North Beach or 2 minutes by car. There are local dog-friendly pubs serving food within easy walking distance and it is also right next door Heacham Social Club.
You’ll find many great attractions within easy reach, including Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham, Castle Acre, Castle Rising, and Holkham Hall.
For family fun, there is plenty to do too. Farmer Fred’s Adventure Play Barn is just down the road at Norfolk Lavender. At lively Hunstanton, you will find a fun fair, Sea life Sanctuary, crazy golf, arcades, bowling and Alive Oasis. A 7-minute drive away is Snettisham Park, a working farm where you can bottle feed lambs, collect eggs, and ride ponies, there is a large outdoor play area and a 45-minute deer safari.
