The location in the house was nice. Parking was great steps from the beach and boardwalk, which was amazing. The only negative to the property was finding a gathering space for a large group with three separate floors, it was tough.

Beautiful home, with Garage, Patio and Rooftop deck, worth the price!
Minor details for our stay, to make it better:
* no key access in and out the front door- frustrating
* no iron, maybe it is considered a thing people don’t do when at the beach but we had formal dinner so just was inconvenient for us
* no boogie boards, first time we didn’t bring ours and the house didn’t have them- however, chairs , mat, umbrella amount other sand toys
* the ac was a bonus however, they recommend utilizing the fans….1 fan was broken and just needs replacement
* The carpet and rooftop cushions could be refreshed and the front porch table left white residue on our clothing so maybe a refresh there as well.
* last the bottom floor, for us, could use a “comfy” seating spot but still worked very well for us
Overall, highly recommend this house. We will look to book again! Thanks!

My family stayed here for a quick get away. Our SUV didn’t fit in the carport as expected so we had to rely on street parking. Luckily the location is near everything so we could walk to it all including Belmont park.
The property is ok. I’m not sure why it’s advertised as newly remolded. The screen door had holes thru out it so it let the flies in. Also alot of the light bulbs were out so the lights didn’t work in several locations. The Washer and dryer worked great and bedrooms were clean. The kitchen stove was dirty when we found it along with the floors downstairs. I would rethink your cleaning crew other than that it was a great stay and a nice escape.
