Outside, you will enjoy a perfectly maintained enclosed garden, ideal for family moments. The 25 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha, will be the preferred location for your sunny lunches and summer evenings. The house also has a bright conservatory, a true relaxation space with a sofa, offering an exceptional view of the garden and the river, a unique setting to enjoy the panorama in all seasons.
Inside the house, you enter a lovely and welcoming living space. The living room, equipped with a large comfortable sofa and a television with a DVD player, features a decorative fireplace that brings a warm touch to the whole. A little further, the dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people. A wide bay window opens onto the terrace, the garden and the sea, bringing brightness and continuity with the outside.
The independent kitchen, fully equipped, includes electric hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, as well as everything necessary to cook comfortably during your stay.
On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms spread over two levels:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): two single beds (90x190)
Two bathrooms are at your disposal, one on each floor, each equipped with a bathtub and a shower. You will also find two toilets in the house, one is integrated into the bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet is available on the ground floor.
A parking space is available just outside the house.
For added comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer.
