About this cottage rental
This holiday cottage in the heart of the village is arranged over three levels in a former 19th-century presbytery. Ground floor (via a comfortable 6-step staircase): living room, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (single bed, shower room), and a toilet. First floor: four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite shower rooms (all with a double bed), one shower room, and a toilet. Second floor: two bedrooms (each with two single beds), one bedroom (with a double bed), two shower rooms, and a toilet. Cot available. Free Wi-Fi. Central heating (€45/day). Private enclosed garden (2000 m²). Optional extras: bed linen (€12/bed), towels (€8/person), final cleaning (€190). Archaeology Museum and Mado Robin Museum (musician) nearby. Sports field nearby. The cottage is located on the GRP Touraine du Sud hiking trail (180 km loop) and close to the GR 48 long-distance footpath (4 km). River fishing is available 1 km away, offering a unique hiking experience. This magnificent building is situated in the heart of a village in the southern Touraine region. A dream location for a family gathering or a reunion with friends, whether for a weekend or a week. At the crossroads of Touraine, Berry, and Poitou, in addition to the cottage's exceptional comfort and amenities (7 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms, etc.), another major advantage is its location just 6 minutes from La Roche-Posay.
