Welcome to Your Spacious Holiday Home Just Outside Erfurt!
Our newly renovated 130 m² apartment provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay – whether you’re looking to relax by the water, explore the region by bike, or immerse yourself in Erfurt’s rich culture.
With three separate bedrooms and space for up to six guests, the apartment is ideal for large families, groups, or business travelers.
Children will love their own play corner, while adults can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort, the apartment features a modern bathroom with both a relaxing bathtub and a practical shower, plus a separate guest bathroom. A washing machine is also available – perfect for longer stays. Enjoy sunny days on your private terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or cozy evenings at the grill. On the enclosed property, you’ll find secure storage for bicycles. For our youngest guests, we provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge, so you can travel worry-free.

The apartment is conveniently located: just minutes from Stotternheimer Lake (with a bathing beach) and the natural Alperstedter Lake (perfect for sailing, surfing, diving, and fishing). The Erfurt cycling route passes directly through the area, inviting you to enjoy extended tours.
The historic old town of Erfurt can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. An EV charging station is located only 400 meters from the property, making it easy to recharge your vehicle.
Excellent transport connections: regional train station and nearby A71 motorway exit. Bus connections, zoo, supermarket, bakery, butcher, doctors, and pharmacy are all close by.
