About this house rental
Peaceful and Comfortable home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy ample outdoor space, large covered wrap around porch, a fire pit and grill. 15 Mins to Downtown Asheville and just 5 mins to other conveniences. Please inquire about longer term stays. Sorry, no pets allowed.
LOCATION:
This location offers a peaceful, countryside setting that`s just 15 minutes away from the fine dining, brew pubs, culture, and other attractions of downtown Asheville. Grocery stores and other conveniences are less than 10 mins away.
ENTRY:
Take 4 steps up onto the porch to enter the front door and into the open living area.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a large Smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. There is a full bathroom off the living room that is accessible from the living room or from the bedroom. (Please note *Fireplace not operational*)
KITCHEN/DINING:
Go through the living room and enter the spacious kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped should you choose to cook your meals.
Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a door that exits to the side patio/firepit area. This makes it easy to grill out and dine al fresco on the picnic table, or enjoy appetizers on the covered porch.
BEDROOM 1: QUEEN BED
This bedroom is located on the main floor just off the living room. It is attached to the bathroom that is also accessible from the living room.
BEDROOM 2: KING BED
This bedroom is also located on the main floor just off the living room.
UPSTAIRS:
At the top of the stairs is a cozy nook with small game table and bookshelf.
The 2nd full bathroom is off this hallway.
BEDROOM 3: QUEEN BED
This bedroom is located upstairs.
BEDROOM 4: TWO QUEEN BEDS
This bedroom is also located upstairs.
All bedrooms have Smart TVs and large closets.
Entire home, driveway, yard, and firepit area.
Our local co-host, Abby, is just a phone call away if you need anything.

No firearms or explosives of any kind
No fires indoors including candles
No parties or excessively loud music or other noises

I really enjoyed the stay. It was exactly as advertised. Very private beautiful front yard and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need as well.
