About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² house with jacuzzi and wifi in Erquy to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower). You can enjoy a jacuzzi on the house's terrace, which also overlooks a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 70 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor:
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom
- One bedroom with a trundle bed (2 × 80×190), which can be used as two single beds or as a double bed (160×190), with shower.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and bunk beds (2× 90×190), leading to a shared bathroom and toilet.
- A separate toilet on the landing and on the ground floor.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- Jacuzzi for 4 people available all year round
- A beautiful garden of 1,000 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is located in Erquy. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
It is located in an industrial zone. However, the accommodation is quiet and secure.
The garden and house are surrounded by trees, providing a pleasant setting for relaxing in peace and quiet.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
