The Space:

You’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire holiday home throughout your stay. One complimentary parking space is located beside the caravan, with additional parking available at the resort entrance if you’re bringing more than one vehicle. Easy self check-in is provided via a secure lockbox.

We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out at £25 per hour, subject to availability (latest extension up to 12:00 PM).



No Smoking Policy

All our properties are strictly non-smoking to maintain a fresh and premium environment for every guest.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a £250 charge to cover specialist odour removal, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.



Respect the Space – No Parties

Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties inside the caravan are not permitted.

Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.



Pre-Arrival Requirements

For compliance and a smooth check-in, all guests are required to:



Sign our short-term rental agreement, and

Complete a pre-arrival form prior to arrival.



Towels & Linen Care

We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.

Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.



Travel Cot

A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
