About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Sifis, a beautifully renovated traditional stone villa nestled in the peaceful village of Paidochori in Apokoronas. Combining elegance and luxury with traditional Cretan charm, this villa offers stunning panoramic views of the White Mountains and the Cretan Sea, making it an idyllic retreat.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms, divided into two buildings. On the ground floor of the main building, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area complete with a cozy fireplace, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, and one of the villa's charming bedrooms. Each bedroom features high-quality COCO-MAT mattresses for supreme comfort, along with air conditioning and individual TVs. The villa also includes three beautifully designed bathrooms for added convenience.
The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring three inviting verandas, a private pool with a jacuzzi (heatable at €40/day), a BBQ, and a large monastery-style dining table. Whether you’re soaking up the sun on a lounger, enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool, or dining al fresco with loved ones, this villa offers a truly serene environment to relax and unwind.
Surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Paidochori, Villa Sifis is the perfect base to explore the natural wonders of Crete while enjoying luxurious comfort and privacy.
The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
There is also free parking for all of our guests. The pool can be heated at an extra of 40€ per day.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
Once your booking is confirmed, one of our Aegean Team members will be in contact with you to answer any questions you might have. They will be your personal vacation advisor and they will offer you their best recommendations for food, nightlife, beaches, activities, attractions etc. During your whole stay, you will be in immediate contact with your vacation advisor.
