About this house rental

Holiday home for 5 guests: Located in Moulay, Mayenne, this 100 m² vacation house welcomes up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with filter coffee maker, pellet stove heating, and electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a private TV, shared washing machine, and a high chair for families.



Outside, two uncovered private terraces facing north and south let you enjoy the sun all day. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals.



The property offers two shared parking spaces on site and a secure shared bike storage. One pet is allowed during your stay. Please note the house is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.



Mayenne is 2.5 km away, Laval 25 km, Le Mans and Alençon 70 km, Rennes 90 km, and Mont-Saint-Michel is reachable in 1 hour. The area features hiking trails, walks along the Mayenne, fishing in nearby rivers and lakes—including a 12-hectare lake 5 km away—and access to tourist sites like the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains.
