With twinkling lights around the hot tub what better place to relax and unwind after a day exploring this beautiful county.. 4 steps to entrance.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Grounds and children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the grounds.. Serenity Lodge is a bright airy and comfortable detached lodge for couples or friends to enjoy some special times, relax in the bubbling hot tub where the seating area is surrounded by the twinkling fairy lights on the raised deck to the side of the lodge. Ideally located offering some privacy with an on-site restaurant and café. This 40-acre country park has a small lake with resident swans and wildlife where you can take an evening stroll then perhaps something to eat on-site or take a few minutes’ drive to one of the many restaurants and pubs nearby.
Located close to the A1 yet you feel like you are on a country retreat. Children will love the Northumberland Zoo which is only half a mile or within walking distance for those who enjoy walking. Burgham Park Golf course is only half a mile ideal for the golfers in the family. Nearby Alnwick is home to the Duke and Duchess where you can visit the majestic castle used in some Harry Potter scenes, perhaps have a broomstick lesson (in season) or visit the Duchess’s enchanting water gardens then meander the streets soaking up the history.
Nearby Morpeth is a very pretty, historic market town with some wonderful bars and restaurants and an Edwardian Shopping Arcade to explore as well as river boats down on the river Wansbeck. Nearby Felton has an award-winning café and a friendly pub serving food and drinks. Set close to the A1 means you can travel in all directions going somewhere different every day, have a day over at Hadrian’s Wall exploring in the Roman Forts and glorious countryside or perhaps a day trip to the Dark Sky International National park would appeal, or maybe even some retail therapy in Newcastle where you can enjoy the Quayside and culture of the streets and buildings.
