Set over four floors you enter the property on the ground floor into the open plan living space. This is a great area to relax with its 2 comfy sofas, a wood burner and a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ The kitchen area is well equipped for all your culinary needs along with a dining area complete with a table which seats six people. Down one flight of stairs you have a fantastic cinema/games room which boosts a 75 inch Smart TV along with an adult size table football, a great place to keep the children entertained.

On the second floor you have two bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a single. On the same floor you have a gorgeous bathroom which boasts a Japanese style deep soaking tub where you can sit back and relax after a day’s exploring, the bathroom also offers a shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Up another flight of stairs, you have an attic bedroom with a double bed which can be split into twins on request and an additional bed for a 6th person can also be set up for an extra charge.

To the rear of the property, you have a lovely private courtyard area which is ideal to have a glass of fizz al fresco style in the warm summer months.

York is the one of the most visited cities outside of London and is popular throughout the whole year with numerous festivals and magical Christmas markets. Stroll along the cobbles down the world-famous Shambles or take one of the terrifying night-time ghost walks which are a must.
