To the rear of Springvale is Puckpool Park, which has been constructed within a former Victorian fortification Battery, with mini-golf, tennis courts, a children’s play area and beautiful and truly unique gardens to explore. Seaview beach is an ideal launch platform for boats and water sports, and there is a yacht club down on its front.
There are some very well-regarded eateries in Seaview, and the nearby area boasts a good variety of gastro pubs and restaurants offering a delightful range of food and drink, as well as a café near Puckpool Park.
