Welcome to this superb 57 m² apartment located on the ground floor of a residence at the foot of the Grands Montets ski area, an ideal location for a functional and relaxing stay in the heart of the mountains.

For your comfort, the sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a second bedroom with a 140x200 double bed on a mezzanine and a sofa bed.

The perfectly appointed living room is a very pleasant place to relax after a day out, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and raclette machine for your mountain evenings.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee so you can travel light.

One of the major advantages of this apartment is its location, allowing you to ski right from the doorstep to enjoy the Grands Montets ski area, all complemented by practical amenities such as a TV, WiFi connection, hairdryer, and access to a laundromat with washing machine and dryer in the building (additional charge).

The nearby Fubar occasionally hosts concerts. During these events, a slight musical atmosphere may be noticeable until around 2 a.m., but only in the back room.

The location is perfect for getting around, as you are just a 2-minute walk from Argentière train station and the bus stop, making it easy to travel to Chamonix or the Swiss border.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity of numerous hiking and cycling trails accessible right outside the residence.
The neighborhood is a real advantage, as you are a 1-minute walk from a restaurant, bar, and bakery, while remaining close to all the shops in Argentière.

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
