Enjoy this beautiful, spacious, brand-new, comfortable, and fully equipped house with your family. It features a large enclosed garden and is conveniently located near the beaches and the town center of Guilvinec.

Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms with double beds (160cm), one of which has a cot - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) - 1 bathroom (bath and shower) - 1 separate WC
Outside: - 1 large terrace with garden furniture - 1 large, fully enclosed garden with electric gate - Ample parking on the property
Bed linen is provided and included in the price.
Bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras upon request after booking:
- Towel kit rental (1 large + 1 small): €10 per person. (Offered for stays of 2 weeks or more and between July 9th and August 27th)
- End-of-stay cleaning service: For short stays: €80, for stays of 5 nights or more: €110, and for stays of 12 nights or more: €140.
- Electric car charging: €10/day
