About this house rental

Located in Banne, Ardèche, this peaceful 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and bedroom 2 features a mezzanine. Amenities include a TV, fan, washing machine, and step-free access for your comfort.



From your private garden, take in views of the lake and relax on covered and open private terraces—perfect for outdoor meals with a plancha grill. Surrounded by nature and olive trees, the property offers a tranquil setting in southern Ardèche to fully enjoy the sunshine.



On-site parking is available for 3 vehicles. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. There is a small lake below, but access is restricted by a barrier.



Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. You’ll have both a coffee maker and an electric coffee machine. The property offers easy access to rivers for swimming, local markets in Les Vans or Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, and the Chauvet Cave just a few kilometers away.
